Vulcan Site

The Eisenhower Partnership supported Potomac Land Ventures and Lennar to redevelop the Vulcan Materials site into 31 Townhouses, 88 stacked townhomes, 204 condominium units, a 256 room hotel and a 6 acre park.  Construction is anticipated to begin in 2025/2026.
